Creating a Job Opening

I work at Ohio State Calling as a student administrative assistant. Basically I call alumni and train new callers. It is our job to maintain a positive relationship with alumni while accepting gifts to various fund for the University. Currently I am working on a proposal that will hopefully increase my pay and responsibilities. It is almost finished and I am giving it to the program manager today. I am hoping to post it soon. I have never written a proposal before and I looked up how to do via google search.
