UpLoaDing SoUNd

A while back I created something on garageband (it was my ex boyfriend's apple..) and I put it up on myspace. Well, I no longer have the file and the only place I have it stored is myspace- so this is a bit of a problem. How can I improve, work on it, or even share it without the file? It would be nice if you could copy the file or find someway to download it- nope. I should have used one of those free audio storing places and uploaded my songs there. I guess I'm going to have to start over- because, let's face it- duplication sucks.
